Linn - Mary Weaver

MACE -- Mrs. Mary Anna Candes Linn, 87, died at 11:20 p.m. Thursday at the Kesterson Nursing Home in Ladoga. She was born Nov. 25, 1876, northeast of Mace, the daughter of Jasper and Margaret Weaver. She was married Jan. 11, 1903, to Joseph A. Linn. He died Dec. 29, 1936. Mrs. Linn was a member of the Mace Methodist Church and lived in the Mace community most of her life. The survivors are a daughter, Mabel C. Myers of Pompano Beach, Fla.; a son, Lawrence R. Linn of New Ross; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Bamish in charge. Burial will be in the Mace K of P Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Saturday. - kbz
